Palm Collective Opens the Door for Artists to Showcase at NFT Paris Exhibition

Palm Collective, in collaboration with Polygon Labs, has announced an exciting opportunity for artists to showcase their work at the NFT Paris event. This event, beginning February 23, brings together art and blockchain technology, providing a platform for artists to exhibit their creations in the world of NFTs.

The Call x Digital Art Contest

Under the banner of the PolyArts Community contest, known as Call x Digital Art, Palm Collective aims to honour three exceptional artists. What’s more, the selected winners will have the privilege of showcasing their artwork at the nous nous sommes déjà rencontrés. Polygon Labs host this exclusive exhibition during NFT Paris in partnership with The Sandbox and the Web3 fashion house SYKY.

Recognition and Grants

Apart from the opportunity for exposure, winners will receive a $500 grant from the Palm Foundation, further supporting their artistic journey. Furthermore, the artist receiving the most votes will earn the title of ‘Open Call Winner Proof’.

The exhibition will take place at the RÉAUMUR SPACE, an vacant retail venue in Paris’ 2nd Arrondissement. At the venue, projectors will cast the artworks and installations onto the space’s walls, creating a compelling visual display. The event, scheduled for February 23, will be attended by the top three artists and a guest of their choice.

Participation Guidelines

Artists who wish to participate in the contest need to create a Palm ID. The next step for artists is to mint their artwork on the Palm Network and submit it to the Palm Collective website. You can learn how to submit your art for the event here. Artists take note: the deadline for submissions is February 16 at 4 pm EST.

Furthermore, artists must disclose any involvement of AI in their artwork creation and adhere to specific submission guidelines. For example, participants can submit only one artwork, which must not have been minted on any blockchain previously.

Finally, Palm Collective’s commitment to integrating art with Web3 extends beyond NFT Paris. The Call x Design competition invited artists to design Nike Air Force 1 sneakers to be showcased at EthDenver. However, submissions for that competition closed on February 9. The blockchain community sees EthDenver and NFT Paris as major highlights, attracting over 60,000 attendees between them.
