Launched in September 2017, KuCoin is a global cryptocurrency exchange and in 2021, Forbes named KuCoin as one of the Best Crypto Exchanges.
KuCoin has started to take notice of its users’ considerable interest in the Metaverse. They already developed their ‘Metaverse Trading Board’ where you can see the leading Metaverse tokens – this has become a hot topic in the KuCoin Ecosystem.
The Metaverse is a place where NFTs can be brought to life by acting as a bridge between the physical and virtual worlds. A decentralized world of games, communities, commerce, education, retail, and more, accessible through VR, Augmented Reality, and Smart Devices.
So what about this virtual office space? Well, KuCoin has really started to take this metaverse business seriously which could mean some interesting days ahead for KuCoin employees.
KuCoin is collaborating with Bloktopia to station a virtual office in Bloktopia’s Skyscraper.

Bloktopia is a virtual skyscraper made up of 21 levels to pay recognition to the 21 million Bitcoins. They are seeking to position themselves as a central hub within the metaverse – a place where users can come to earn, play, and create in an immersive and engaging environment.
Bloktopia token holders (Blocktopians) will be able to earn revenue through real estate ownership and advertising revenue – of course, they can just come in to play games, build networks, learn, and create communities.
Bloktopia likes to think of itself as a shopping mall, where instead of just retail, each store has a different project, exchange, influencer, or crypto brand offering an immersive customer experience.

For KuCoin, their virtual office real estate in the Bloktopia skyscraper represents a significant milestone on the way to a virtual world.

One of our favorite things about the NFT/Crypto Space is what’s left to the imagination. The technology is nearly there but the possibilities, and visions are for us all to create in our minds – we are that early in the Metaverse.
