DWF Labs, a Web3 investor and market maker, has announced the launch of the $20 million USD Cloudbreak Fund. This initiative aims to empower promising projects and founders in Chinese-speaking regions through investments and strategic resources, highlighting DWF Lab’s ambition to foster growth in the Web3 ecosystem. DWF Labs provides financial support to these projects, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.
The Cloudbreak Fund will nurture initiatives in various sectors, including GameFi, SocialFi, Memecoins, Derivatives, Layer-1/Layer-2 infrastructure, and AI projects. By providing support, the fund aims to accelerate the growth of these projects and help them gain a foothold in the Web3 ecosystem, highlighting DWF Labs’ role as a leading liquidity provider.
Motivation and Background
The $20 million Cloudbreak Fund aims to support Web3 projects and founders by investing in gaming finance, social finance, memecoins, derivatives, and layer-1/layer-2 projects.
Andrei Grachev, Managing Partner at DWF Labs, emphasized the motivation behind the Cloudbreak Fund. “We have been working with founders in Chinese-speaking regions since 2018. I’m personally a big fan of their culture and intense, diligent work ethic. Projects in these regions have experienced tremendous growth in recent months and require dedicated support to realize their full potential.”
“To meet this need, Cloudbreak was created, a fund designed to unlock the potential of emerging projects in Chinese-speaking regions,” Grachev continued.
DWF Labs’ extensive partner network of over 700 projects provides financial support, wallet integrations, hackathons, funding initiatives, and grant programs across different blockchains. It leverages strategic branding, marketing channel distribution, and a robust KOL network to support project success.
