Dolce&Gabbana, The Fabricant, Tribute Brand, IoDF, RED DAO and others join for a historic weekend to showcase the most iconic Digital Fashion NFTs and discuss the future of fashion and luxury
We are witnessing today the beginning of a revolution – the adoption of NFT technology is paving the way to a new form of understanding, consuming and experiencing fashion and luxury. We are at a crossroads, where the lines between physical and digital are getting increasingly blurred. In addition to this, the concept of digital ownership and direct link to creators bring a new dimension and possibilities that need to be explored.
The past 12 months have seen the birth of this new world – history is being made: on one hand, by traditional fashion brands innovating and creating new experiences for their clients, and on the other, by a new breed of crypto native brands that are trying to redefine what fashion is. Decentral Art Pavilion will create and foster a dialogue for the fashion and luxury industry in this historic moment in time. The exhibition at Palazzo Giustinian Lolin from May 27 to 29 will showcase some of the most iconic digital fashion NFTs created to date.
Dolce&Gabbana NFT Genesi Collection
First revealed in August 2021 at the Dolce&Gabbana Alta Moda events in Venice, this 9-piece, one-of-a-kind collection was personally designed by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. It features entirely hand-made, museum-grade items across Dolce&Gabbana Alta Moda (women), Alta Sartoria (men), and Alta Gioielleria (high jewellery) collections. In a historic moment for the NFT ecosystem, Collezione Genesi is the first luxury NFT collection that involves both digital and physical works, truly bridging the physical and the metaphysical.
Five of the pieces in the exhibition will have their physical representations: two versions of “The Dress from a Dream”, in gold and in silver, both with shimmering beads and crystal accents; “The Glass Suit”, an emerald green men’s suit, similarly embellished; and two gold-plated and gem-studded silver crowns, called “The Lion Crown” and “The Doge Crown”. The latter has the record of being the highest-paid digital fashion NFT to date, for approximately $1.3m.
Crypto native digital fashion brands and collectors exhibition
Decentral Art Pavilion has partnered with the most innovative companies in the digital fashion world to curate a digital fashion NFT exhibition. These crypto native brands, which include Tribute Brand, The Fabricant, Institute of Digital Fashion (IoDF), and digital fashion collector RED DAO, among others will be contributing to selecting iconic artworks for the exhibition.
Tribute Brand is a high-end digital fashion brand and a fashion tech-house known as one of the biggest pioneers in this field, famous for its instantly recognizable aesthetics and distinctive philosophical concepts rethinking the future shape of fashion.

The Institute of Digital Fashion (IoDF) is an emblem for change, creating a new vocabulary for fashion’s metaverse futures. The Fashion NFT exhibition at Palazzo Giustinian Lolin within the Decentral Art Pavilion will be paired with a Fashion and Luxury Talk on May 28th: the participating brands will join our Alternative Spaces roundtable to discuss the state of the digital fashion and NFT industry, how they see the space evolving and what will be their role in the future of digital fashion/NFT industry. Features leaders from Dolce&Gabbana, The Tribute Brand, The Fabricant and Luxe Dressing, among others.
