Doctor Who Worlds Apart release Edge of Reality Packs

Doctor Who Worlds Apart, the NFT trading card game with an official BBC license, is about to start its latest card pack sale on Thursday 21st October 2021 at 3 pm UTC. There is 10,000 Edge of Reality packs going on sale at, $19.99 each. The game which is getting ready for early Alpha will release the full version next year.

The new Edge of Reality packs is from the latest BBC television season, Unearthly Origins. They are being released in coordination with the release of a new PC game, Edge of Reality, which is available on Steam.

Also in the news, is the announcement that the Doctor Who NFT game is going to move to the Polygon blockchain ecosystem. This is due to high gas fees on the Ethereum network and the fact that moving the game from the sidechain on which it was developed was cost-prohibitive. The developers of Doctor Who Worlds Apart is a London based company, Reality Gaming Group, which was set up in 2017. They are also behind the release of Reality Clash.

The game itself is based on the iconic BBC TV series, Doctor Who, which has been shown since 1963. The cards use characters from throughout the series long run.

These include the different doctors, their assistants, and their unforgettable alien world enemies such as the Daleks and the Cybermen.

Each battle on Doctor Who Worlds Apart lasts about 10 to 30 minutes. They are quite intense, and you will need full concentration to win. You need to outwit your opponent by using cards wisely to win. The winner is the player who whittles down their opponent’s Tardis shield down to zero.
